Bad experience on my part with Carousel hence this post. As they always say, one man’s meat is another’s poison but I appreciate alternative viewpoints since this is afterall a food blog and people do have varying taste preferences With regard to quality, I am referring specifically to the quality of the cuisine served as opposed to other aspects such as customer satisfaction from ambience and staff service; these to me make up the dining experience. No less important but for papilles, food quality ranks top since unpalatable food won’t see us returning however good the ambience/service

Definitely works for me. I visited them 2-3 times and I still love it. Doesn’t matter what they call themselves as long as it suits the customers’ taste. That is what quality is all about - Customer satisfaction. I’m a happy customer. Its less than - or - around $30 for their high tea buffet. Ambience not bad too. Its worth it.

Thanks for the recommendations! Not too sure if we’ll head back anytime soon though. I find their side dishes rather pricey and the variety limited =/ Anywayz, glad you like it here =)

Hey!

Maybe you should try their recommended side dishes such as their yaki char siew( grilled roast pork), daikon (simmered radish) and dashi maki tamago( sweet omelette). It all taste really good. (:

You can request less oil or less salt for you ramen too!
